Meena Mehta has close to 15 years of experience as creative lead for an array of engagements with the biotech, financial services, high tech, non-profit organizations, quick-service restaurants, and publishing firms. In addition to her leadership in design, she has a background in project management, including cost-control approaches with realistic budgets and milestones. Possessing strong listening skills, Ms. Mehta can quickly discern and interpret a client’s needs, translate that information into a visual vocabulary that is a brand, and ultimately capture verbal expressions into clear and succinct messages for a multitude of communication media. Her range of projects, both in scope and complexity, demonstrate originality as well as customer-focused solutions. Some projects designed during this time cover collateral for Boston Scientific, ConforMis, and VeinRx; point of purchase, packaging, and communication materials for Dunkin’ Donuts; conference materials for Houghton Mifflin Publishing;
brochures for the New England School of Law; and prototype designs for school textbooks, book covers, educational package design, and art direction and design of Readers. Her direct marketing encompasses work for T. Rowe Price, Mainstay Institutional Funds, and IronMountain as well as sales and marketing material for IBM, Sovereign Hill, and LTSave. Known for clean and engaging website designs, Ms. Mehta’s clients include The Gastón Institute and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
Distinguished in her field, she is also recognized for her creativity with two international awards for her work in the marketing collateral and packaging categories and two more in the Direct marketing category. Ms. Mehta has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Massachusetts College of Art and a Bachelor of Science from St. Xaviers College in Bombay, India.
